Description:
Expanding the caption frame increases image size, but not at DOCX export

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Right Click the image -> insert caption frame
3. Type frame title & press OK
4. Pick a corner and increase the size of the image (say in size of the page margin
5. Save to DOCX
6. File reload

Actual Results:
Large frame small image

Expected Results:
Image adapts to frame


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
